r. Ann Babah-Alargi is Lead Consultant at Deltasil Limited. She is a veteran business development expert with over 30 years’ experience in strategic marketing, management and entrepreneurship. She holds a PhD in Service Management from Texila American University and has completed executive programs at IESE Business School, CEIBS and Harvard Business School.
Dr. Babah Alargi brings a proven track record of supporting businesses, both large corporate organizations and SMEs as well as consulting on international projects sponsored by development partners. She has provided coaching and advisory services for SMEs and has been a juror on SME business plan pitching since 2016.
She has led key strategic initiatives for various organizations including Governments and has facilitated training programs that has led to business and service transformations of telecom, hospitality, manufacturing, banking, transport, professional institutions, multimedia, event management, as well as health and beauty business sectors among others.
As a practitioner, she has also provided psychometric programs to support business and board decisions. She developed the Study Guide, Syllabus and Manual on Customer Relationship Management an examinable course for Level 5 Marketing students of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana. She is proficient in English, French and local languages.
