Instinctively, I was aware of these 10 mistakes, but the benefit was in hearing it organized during the presentation, with explanations of why these mistakes are made, the circumstances under which they are most likely to happen and how to avoid them.

It was very good and insightful. I made nearly 100% of the mistakes you mentioned, so I could really relate. I also wish I had this information before starting the business. When you have your next Roundtable, I will be recommending it to many friends, since they all need it. They were even upset with me for not telling them about this one.
