era Dzidedi Segbedzi is Co-founder and Consultant at Deltasil Limited and an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in education, technology, and business development.
Vera has championed turnkey telecom projects for Helios Towers and MTN and has worked as a consultant delivering training programs with the World Bank on development programs such as the Ghana Accountability for Learning Outcomes Project (GALOP), Secondary Education Implementation Project (SEIP) and the Greater Accra Metropolitan Area (GAMA).
Vera’s expertise includes delivering training and mentorship to diverse groups, from young people to community officers, focusing on technology, data analysis, capacity building and skills development. She trains, mentors and coaches in English, Ewe as well as other local languages. Her work is pivotal in fostering growth in Ghana’s business and educational landscapes.
Vera holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Ghana Business School and a BSc in Telecommunications Engineering at Ghana Telecom University College.
