oris Kweku-Duah is Co-founder and Consultant at Deltasil Limited and Policy Advisor in Ghana. She is a QuickBooks and ACCPAC certified Consultant with specialization in Public Relations, Office Administration and Marketing. Doris has had significant experience in financial management, SME training and project management from working on high profile projects such as the World Bank Value Chain Development Program and Sector Strengthening among others for the Ghana Education Service and other institutions.
Early 2025, Doris trained school principals and accountants on financial systems and program-based budgeting in addition to running workshops pertaining to leadership and communication skills. Additionally, she has experience in coaching, mentoring and advising small and medium scale enterprise owners in Ghana, helping them to scale their businesses and strengthen their financial systems.
Doris holds a BSc degree in Operations and Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management Public Administration (GIMPA).
