rank Mensah Otabil is the visionary Founder and CEO of Rankdigital Marketing Consultancy Ltd, a tech-driven agency dedicated to empowering African SMEs through innovative, affordable digital solutions. With a BSc in Business Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana and a robust background in information technology, marketing and graphic design, Frank has successfully led the development of over 200 digital platforms – including e-commerce sites, educational portals and SME focused social tools.
Under his leadership, Rankdigital has secured significant recognition, such as GIZ Ghana Tech Grant, NITA Registration and Data Protection Certification. Notable projects include contributions to the AUs Encyclopedia Africana Project (Agenda 2063) and Digital Service Hub (DSH), a platform that supports SME’s in managing their digital presence through analytics, AI web builders and online review systems.
