Her over 25 years vast career experience spans across varied sectors including Consultancy, Hospitality, Aviation, Fashion, Interior Décor, NGO and a host of other businesses in Ghana and Nigeria.
As Business Consultant, Adubea has a deep understanding of the Ghanaian business terrain and with her passion for entrepreneurship, she has guided several business owners through strategic planning, targeted marketing, operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
As Entrepreneur, Adubea has been Co-Founder and Managing Partner of two businesses in Accra, Ghana; an aviation group of companies and a restaurant. Through her foresight, multiple skills and passionate commitment, she successfully took these businesses from concept level to outstanding brands.
Adubea is ardent about empowering Diasporans to build resilient businesses that thrive in Ghana. Consequently, as Founder of Adubea & Associates; a business consultancy, she and her team of Associates specialize in helping Homecoming and Home-based Diasporans build successful businesses in Ghana. Adubea spearheads acclaimed services for clients including Business Readiness Masterclass for Diasporans, Diasporan Business Mentoring Roundtable (a December in Ghana event) and Global Diaspora Business Webinar.
As Author, Adubea’s e-book: Ghana Unlocked: 24 Essential Business Insights and Guide for Diasporan Entrepreneurs distills her wealth of knowledge and experience into actionable, byte sized insights; providing valuable guidance to Diasporan entrepreneurs seeking success in Ghana. In addition, Adubea is Founder of a vibrant virtual platform: Diasporan Business Community (DBC), where she shares insightful business tips and generates relevant business discussions for collective wisdom, to help the DBC navigate Ghana’s business landscape with confidence. As a result of her versatile roles, Adubea is self-directed, motivated and has the ability to multitask clients’ projects and businesses with dexterity, timeliness and precision; planning, directing, managing, executing, communicating and empowering. Adubea’s academic grounding comprise an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration (EMBA) in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Ghana Business School, a Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communications from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
